so i have this idea for a tattoo?

    The heart and square is not the symbol for polyamory, and if it was, it is not universally recognized. I never even heard of it till your post.

    You need to take that tattoo for inspiration and make something of your own that means something important to you. Ya know how you always hear about those people that think they have the Chinese symbol for peace and wind up having something like Mailbox Dog on them. Don't be that person.

    My thought is to not use anything but the heart shape, but there are many many ways of doing this. It is a universal symbol for love. Here's some examples;

    i want a tattoo on my wrist, but i need help putting this all together.
    i originally saw this http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/2f/Love_Outside_The_Box.svg/500px-Love_Outside_The_Box.svg.png
    which was the symbol for polyamory, but i definitely don't agree with what they stood for. i love the actual symbol itself though. so i wanted to take the heart idea, and instead of having the box, i wanted something that symbolized love for everyone (all), or love for both genders..something like that, haha.
    but if i'm wrong about the symbol for polyamory that'd be great :D
