So if I wanted to get my tongue pierced..?

    If I go with my friend and her mom, could she say she was my mom, like just sign for me.
    I think I could manage to hide it and if not, she isnt going to do anything, but be pissed at me.
    Also, my mom would be mad and I wouldnt say who got it done, I would just say I did it myself so nobody could get into trouble, Plus, my dad would be on my side.

    yes.
    but your mom would find out. you won't be able to talk or eat many foods for a week and it'll be really noticeable since your tongue swells up like a balloon

    That would be illegal and dangerous. And letting some weirdo cut a hole in your tongue is crazy anyway. Why not just skip it?
