u need an antiperspirant, not a deodorant. Just make sure it said antiperspirant on the label when you buy it, and try clinical strength

Make sure that the deodorant you are using is an antiperspirant. Antiperspirants are chemicals the stop you from perspiring. With the use of aluminum-based chemicals, these block your pores so your armpits will not sweat. Deodorants eliminate the the smell of the sweat and by neutralizing the bacteria. However, they don't prevent sweating.
Some ideas as well as/instead of an antiperspirant (make sure you still use deodorant to stop the smell!!) Is when you get out of the shower in the morning, dry your armpits thoroughly and then apply talcum powder as this absorbs moisture which should keep you dry.
Another idea is to make your own:

    Baking Soda Powder Deodorant

Baking soda is a white powdery substance that is alkaline-based. When it is mixed with acid, like underarm sweat, there is a chemical reaction, which produces gas and evaporates the sweat. Mix equal parts of baking soda and cornstarch and add a few drops of essential oil to the mixture to give it your personal scent. After taking a bath and drying the armpits thoroughly, apply the mixture using a damp washcloth. Do not rinse off.

    Hope this helps :P

try antiperspirant to help stop the sweat. also spray your underarms with hairspray after you put on the antiperspirant to help it stay

I used to have exactly the same problem as you - I used to sweat so much I had to change my top twice a day. It was so embarrassing and I hated it. I asked around for ages but nothing worked. And apparently it is quite normal for teenagers to have over-excessive sweating.
But, I found something which actually works and stops you sweating - it has been my absolute life saver and it worked amazingly! It's called 'Driclor' and you put it on like a normal deodorant at night and you wash it off straight away in the morning (follow the directions). Within, I'd say about 5 days I noticed a massive difference :)
You can get it at most drug stores - just ask the chemist at the desk if you can't find it. It is cheap as well :)
Just google it for more information.

You could try a different deodorant. Look for a percent of antiperspirant that's high like closer to 20% (although I don't know of them actually are 20%).

If that doesn't work there is this stuff called Certain Dri that you can buy at the pharmacy. It's not a prescription but you need to go to the counter. It's just a liquid that rolls on - nothing scary. There are also stronger things that are similar but you would need a perscription for a doctor/dermatologist to get those.
