Tattoos Opinion---Can you guys judge these for me?

    Hi hows everybody doing today. Well I'm going to get my first tattoo this summer and I just want to know what you guys thing about these two.

    This one is going to be on my forearm and I like it because it's giving the battle between good and evil.

    I like something like this plus Im going to sketch a background too it and get the phrase "Blind Eyes Could Look At Me And See The Truth", its prob going on my back unless i can find a way to make it look better on my forearms.

    But anyways these are my ideas, what do you guys think?
    Do you know long tattoos like this would take and how much it would cost?
    And honestly what would you compare to pain to...ill still get it even if it hurts lol
    yh kinda im lookin for like a dark feel to it but more like thuggish if u know wat i mean lol....im doin some sketches right now just to see wat im more into

    i really like them! i think its a good choice for first tattoos, and they seem to have special meaning to you and i think thats always important for a tattoo.
    ive been doing tattoos for 5 years so here is my advice to you-
    make sure of your location. for a first tattoo i usually encourage people to get it somewhere that can be covered easily and they dont have to see all the time. you should work your way up to more visible areas. many tattoo artists will not do a first tattoo in extreme visible areas like hands, face, neck because they want to make sure that the person is commited and comfortable with having tattoos. forearms arent bad because you can cover them, alls im saying, BE REALLY SURE thats where you want them :)
    As for pain, i dont think the forearms are painful. I have both mine done, and compared to a lot of other tattoos on my body, i thought they were really easy. I would say it hurts less than a bee sting.
    As for price, that is really hard to say. Depends on where you live. Do your research, ask a lot of questions. Im sad to say that a lot of tattoo artists might be dicks to you because its your first tattoo... i hate tattooists that have that rockstar ego, and a lot of them do. Find someone you are comfortable with. Tattooists generally charge anywheres from 50-150 dollars an hour. I charge 100. The first one I would probably charge you 200-250, the second one, depending how big you decide, 200-300.
