Ok so I ordered a pair of shoes from Aldo I selected UPS ground. On monday it finally shipped out. The problem is that UPS hasn't updated the tracking information since tuesday morning.
The package is supposed to arrive by monday the 15th. I tried calling but UPS put me on hold for 40 minutes and then the call got dropped. Is my package lost?
The Package is coming from Penn. to California.
