well its a little more on the expensive side but my must have is my dinair airbrush makeup! it rocks...it covers every imperfection makes my skin look flawless...it stays on all day and is also all water based so its not bad for my skin cause it just sits on the surface and doesnt clog my pores...ive been using their stuff for 3 years and i LOVE it! anywho..hope i helped in some way...=)

concealer: i haven't found a must have drugstore concealer, i use mac studio sculpt
tinted moisterizer: (i dont wear foundation) neutrogena healthy skin enhancer
eyeliner: liquid-loreal intense felt tip liquid liner
pencil- loreal extra intense felt tip liquid linerbrushes: sonya kashuk (sp) you can get them at target :)
mascara: i have two favs, covergirl lashblash and loreal teliscopic. i put on one coat of each and i get perfect lashes :)

personally i dont go for the expensive stuff, when you get it cheap from the drug store. i always have:
mascara
eyeliner
bronzer
concealer pencil
eye shadow palette
lipgloss
lash curlerand most of these products will come with a brush or applicator.

1. mascara i like cover girl lash blast in very black
2. blush i like maybeline dream whipped blush (in whatever color is right for your skin tone) to find the right color pinch your cheeks a few times and see what color shows up, try to match your blush to that ;)
3. silver eye liner i like annabelle eye liner in silver (put it in the corner of your eyes to make them look big and bright!)you can find all of these in drugstores, and none of them need brushes! :) (just use your fingers for the blush ;) )

Well in my opinion a must is first to have a good foundation. If you don't like to wear it, try a toned cream instead. Mascara is always a must and depending on your eyelashes you really should buy the best one there is in the drugstore. Eye shadows are not a must if you like to look natural but if you want a black and cream white are perfect colors. Black cohl pencil can really change the way you look so that would be a must.
Brushes...hmm I haven't used them but I guess a great eye shadow brush, a blending brush and a blush brush are a must.

If you have a Walgreens near you they carry brushes called EcoTools,they are very affordable. Also try Sigma.com. Their brushes are much cheaper than Mac. If you find a Mac brush you like Sigma's brush numbers are the same. For example Macs #217 is Sigma SS217. Hope this info helps!

Perferably drugstore because sephora and mac are WAY to expensive.
But what are a must and what should I not even bother getting this includes makeup and brushes etc.Thanks :)

Sonia Kashuk brushes are great AND affordable. You can get them at Target.
I use Maybelline mascara, and basically whatever is on sale. You can also go to Ulta. They are more reasonably priced but have a lot of non drugstore products.Posted 2 years ago # -
any mineral make-up is excellent, NEVER use liquid! it clogs pored and can either dry out your skin or make it realllly oily. brushes are a definate must sponges can cake on make-up. i use mineral base, bronzer, and veil & for brushes i use a big brush for base, an angled brush for bronzer to pick up my cheek bones and a smaller brush almost like a blush brush for the veil which seals your make-up!
