What are some ways to make your hair grow longer faster?

    I really want my hair to grow longer, and it seems to be growing super slow. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Carrots and Swallow meat helps for sure. Pavia also works well.

    As per science, hair growth is determined by the blood supply to the hair and therefore blood stimulation is required. Ie. a head massage with coconut oil.
    This will bring fresh blood to the hair bulb and promote hair growth. In addition, and as you may have heard it many a times, is the importance of a healthy diet and if required supplements. I swear by perfectil, which is available at Boots and other health and pharmacy stores. This supplement, by my experience is fantastic for the growth of strong nails and hair within a short space of time. You will be able to see a large difference within the first 30 days.
