What can I do to help my bikini body?

32aa? Mmm... that lets out emphasizing your boobs to look hotter. Not a problem, you have lots else to work with!
A bikini naturally provides six avenues of sexiness and beauty appeal:
1. Legs
2. Butt
3. Tummy
4. Boobs
5. Hair and face
6. SkinI shall assume average height as it didn't occur to you to list that. So the "long-leggy blonde/brunette" appeal is likely out. But that leaves toning of the legs, the lushness of the thighs, and your ankles. From the 6-pack and butt comments I will assume you are not anorexic-looking so if your thighs look lush (well-muscled, but not "ripped" as in a little extra weight there to smooth them out, make them look girly, but no cottage cheese and while they move as the muscles flex, they don't jiggle when you stop!), then wear a bottom that JUST reaches them (if you lift a leg, the bend is right at the bottom edge of the bikini). If lush, consider a fake tattoo or similar idea to draw attention to your thighs. If you have small ankles, then draw attention to them with an anklet or chain on one of them. "Small ankles" really means the calf muscles stop above the ankles. "Thick ankles" means the muscles come right down into the ankle to attach at the heel. I suppose it's really the tendon being wide vs. narrow, but you see the point. If small, the calves are taken care of already, just draw attention down to them. If not, well, you just don't want people looking there.
If your butt is well-shaped, no cottage cheese, and your modesty allows, get a bottom that rides up the cheeks. Less wide across the seating area. That gives a side view of the fine, ah..., muscles there... Draws attention right to that area. If that area is a tad too soft to make that a good idea, then get bottoms that wrap the whole area but just that so it gives more of a "bubble butt" appearance — not to worry, if the cloth is slightly loose, rumpled (Lord! No pun intended there.), and/or puffy, then a boy's mind will think it's a tight butt underneath rather than thinking "Geez, big butt..." If nicely toned, go for a tight fit so the bottom is flat and tight to anything flat and tight.
As for tummy, if you have any part of a 6-pack, emphasize the tummy. Do this by getting a bottom with a very low rise. That makes your taut tummy go on and on, in a good way. Be careful though that your hip bones don't rise out of the bottom in a way that makes you look in any way death campy. Remember boys want curves, not a surgical glove wrapped around a skeleton. You can do both, if needed, by getting a bottom that goes low but rises over your hips. Might be called a French bottom, but memory may not serve me there. If, by the way, it REALLY goes low (and some do), remember that no one likes hair sticking out of any edge of the bikini...
Boobs... "aa"... Not a lot to help here, no problem, other things to do. But don't hurt yourself either. Do NOT go for the thin, no straps, or only thin, notional ones, wraparound. That just screams "I ain't got t*ts!" Triangles aren't a lot better, but if they lie flat, what bulge there is can work for you. The essence here, with smaller boobs, is to look GIRLY in the choice of top. Forget about trying to showcase what's there because it just isn't there. Emphasize girliness. Less cloth is better, strappy straps are better, non-busy patterning is better, and the bottom should definitely still be right below the boob, not down at the edge of your ribs.
If you have long hair, and a pretty face, choose a top that the hair reaches. Not really difficult. Perfect hair length for a bikini is crossing the nipples. Yes, you can cut it if it is longer. It'll grow back for the winter. You want it blowing back and forth across the boobs, not resting over them. If your face is middling to wider than average, perfect. Girls with narrow faces and tiny foreheads get no benefit when in a bikini. Work on your smiles: toothier when less windy, close-lipped, or mostly so, for when it is windier, and remember to reach up and sweep your hair away with a couple fingers when it's windier (whether it bothers you or not: the idea is to draw attention to it and your face and the ever-so-girly action of sweeping it aside; the wind gives the excuse, but you can still do it a little even with no wind).
If your skin is naturally a calico of shades, then tan. You need to tan enough, for your own body's protection, to not burn quickly, but aim for just dark enough to look even-colored everywhere. Judge the tan darkness, then pick bikini coloration that contrasts at least a little. If you are light in hair color, you need to pay special attention to your shaving. No patches of light hair or stubble on a darker tan! But avoid razor burn too. Be sure to apply tanning lotion under all cloth edges. The cloth moves, rides up on the butt especially, and the revealed areas get burned. Opposing that, some people feel the exposed, lightly tanned areas contrast sexily with the tanned areas causing
