im not wanting to do this cuz i love beyonce which i do :) but i love the color of her hair (or weave w/e)

This color was not achieved by a tint, or a color that you can buy. Tints do not remove color, they only add or deposit color. To go lighter you have to bleach your hair. For darker hair they have to use strong chemicals to remove the color. They have to monitor you more closely as well. If you are wanting to achieve Beyonce's color, shine and all you need to have this professionally done. First they will have to bleach your hair, then they will need to tone or tint it to achieve the color you want. It is not a simple process and can destroy your hair if done wrong.
