when i go to the salon what do i tell them to do to get that hair style...layers.how may etc
The style is scene hair. What you would say to the stylist is that you want to keep your long length but you want short and long layers on the sides and back.
Also after you get you hair cut like that you will need to tease the layers with a comb and hairspray:)

its called scene hair. Tell them u want scene hair and tell them how short u wat ur shortest layer. They will help u choose.
