I wanted to look classy and elegant.
I wanted to get this cameo in mauve and this print sateen skirt.
I also have a black cardigan sweater that would look cute with this.
My shoes will be plain black pumps, like the ones in the picture of the skirt.

Yeah, I agree that it is rather boring. And also, did you read that on the fashion bug website, that skirt goes under the category "career", which tells you that it is not for your birthday, or else it would have been under "celebration". Unless you are turning 40, do not wear it to your birthday. I am warning you NOW!!!!!!!!

your choice of skirt is fabulous.
i would choose a different top,
black is classy and would make your skirt pop
as it is the most focal point of the outfit
and would tie in with the bottom panel
its cute but its kinda boring, you need a bold or crazier pattern. maybe like orange and yellow swirls, like warm colors you know? let me see..... something that POPS!!
