    the middle one, the top one is way to fancy. and the bottom one way too beachy

    the black scoopneck tshirt and bright skirt with leggings. And some nice cute ballerina slips or boots. at a concert is more about confort than flashy.

    If it's a concert, like a store bought band, 2nd. The first is too formal.
