What is a good foundation for oily skin?

    YES! put moisturizer on even if you have oily skin. the reason why people have oily skin is because they have dry skin and their body is continuously producing oil to moisturize it. trust me, you'll see a difference.
    foundation: oily skin revlon color stay for oily skin. there's one for dry and combo also. Kinda pricey for drugstore foundatin but it got really good reviews. you soudn like you have combo.
    powder: maybelline dream matte powder.
    concealer: no idea :/ never found one that i liked. sorry. but you can try physicians formula, also kinda pricey but.. it's a pretty good brand

    Spectro has a good moisturizer :)
