Honestly?
Two thoughts compete. Obviously, you're attractive, nice body, happy face, without being a pig in describing the thoughts that occur, let's just say that makes a positive, attracting, appealing effect...
However, and this is where the "Honestly?" comes in, your hair style gives that pause. I'm not sure of where you live, and what styles are like there, but if I saw you where I live, I'd feel your hair style very boyish, that your facial appearance amplified that a bit, and that it was not in any way accidental. By the way, I'm not going to suggest you are a boy trying to fool us all. But it's been my experience in life that when girls find their natural look, the one they feel just as right as Goldilocks in Baby Bear's bed, and that look is a boy-ish one (not that of a tomboy, but properly boy-ish in the face and hair), they are lesbian in their sexual interest.
Weasel words: Of course, that's hardly 100%. Though the ones that say they aren't may just not realize it yet... For a younger person, that might be especially so. And your way of describing the dress is at odds with the thought because the thought suggests you'd be the boy-ish tendency in a girl-girl couple while the description feels more like a girly comment.
But the weasel words aside, you wanted impressions, not just facts I know to be true so I've given just that.
And I'll go further so that you see where it leads. Given the two impressions, the chances are that I'd not pursue you, romantically, or piggishly..., if I had other hot chicks to try my chances with first. One goes for the best chance first, and so one, eh? So if you are asking because you feel not enough boys act interested, I'd bet they feel the same though at your ages, odds are they don't know why.
And secondly, I'm a "face" guy: others are "leg men" or "boob men" or what-have-you, but I, like most men even if they claim otherwise, find women's faces most memorable, most enchanting, and what floats up in my mind quickly, even if I begin thinking about other of their parts first. So a boy-ish hair style and facial feel would slot a girl into "boy and therefore not a romantic interest." From my screen name, you can tell that wouldn't be the final word for me, but that part of me is much more sexual than romantic so it amounts to the same effect.
But you wear the dress well.
