What makeup would work with this dress?

I don't think it would be a good idea to match the dress color with the eyeshadow. I t would be too much, considering that your gorgeous dress is such a powerful green. I vote for the smokey eyes too, this would be a perfect opportunity to have that kind of makeup. Or maybe you would like to try the brown smokey eye, because green and brown work like magic, think at a forest. I would also think you should do a smokey eye, but keep the area under the eye fresh, maybe just a bit of eyeliner.
Or depending if you could, a deep dark purple smokey eye would be nice. It's so strange to mix green and purple that in the end, it works.

of course, a smokey eye or dark colored eyeshadow would work perfect with that dress, very pretty :)

Well, it depends what color eyes you have! But, the best color would be like a regular green/ forest green eyeshadow. Mascara is always a girls best friend....most DEFIANTLY use it! I'd also use a rosy blush and apply it a little bit darker than you usually would of!

I think that the "smokey-eye" look would be perfect with this dress and would tie in the black on your dress. as for the lips, you should wear a soft lip color as to bring attention to your eyes :)
