Hi, umm if a bangs are a fringe, then i dont think you should get one...you sound like you have really preet eyes and a fringe would distract from that, plus if you dont like it it takes ages to grow it out :(
It also depends on what type of hair you have, see i have quite curly hair so i got really bored with straightening my fringe all the time
