Idk what excatly what my eye color is so if u can give me ur personal opinion and say y u said it looks that color. Some people say its light brown, hazel or just plain brown. If u can also say what colors u see in my eyes plz

Dark brown on the inside near the pupil and lighter brown around the outside with a green tint :)
Your eyes are kind of like mine, with the central heterochromia, but mine are a different colour.

i dont get these questions, can anybody please explain to me why people care so much to find out what color they are? are they colorblind?

I would definitely say hazel.
Hazel is a combination of brown, green, and sometimes gold. "Hazel eyes often appear to shift in color from a light brown to a dark golden-green." (Wikipedia) This applies to you since you said that people tell you they look like different colors.
My boyfriend has hazel eyes, and I think they are very pretty.
