Whats the best spot treatment out of these?

    Clean and Clear (the one in the silver tube with the purple cap?) (2% Salicylic acid)

    Neutrogena on the spot (2.5% BP)

    or proactive 6% benzoyl peroxide spot treatment

    It all depends on your skin, i use the clean and clear one.
    But i use it as a moisturizer. I would recommend using Neutrogena.
    Also i would reccomend using neutrogena oil free
    acne wash. Just to help you! =)

    You need to treat oily, congested skin carefully! That lot up there will dry out your skin dreadfully. Better to ensure that the skin is exfoliated properly, and deal with the excess sebum with a balancing serum and cream. These both contain an enzyme which will switch off excess sebum production without sacrificing hydration elsewhere on the skin.
