Why did my hair color change so drastically?

    I used to have very very dark hair when I was baby/child, my parents used to think that I had black hair. Then, it randomly changed to reddish blonde! It's sort of brown too, but not dark at all. I don't get why my hair color changed so much. Does anyone have a reason for this?
