my freind got a tatto and it healed fine so she went to get it touched up, when she got it touched up they also added color around it. (it was black words, then they added pink and white shadows), the next morning the white was all blistered up and unusually raised, there was no redness, we watched the artist open a brand new bottle of white also? so why only the white?

the ink was infected with AIDS better get to the DR. and fast

She is allergic to that color of ink, each ink has different ingredients and she is allergic to something in the white ink. I suggest that she go back to the tattoo place she got it at and see what they suggest.

It depends on how your friend's skin reacts to certain pigments. I react like that to every black tattoo I've ever gotten (some worse than others), but my skin loves color so the color had never been a problem. Just get it touched up, usually once it reacts once it won't react that way again...at least in my experience.
