why do black people have dark curly hair ?

    you rarely see any black people without dark curly hair why is this ? why do they tend to have the most curliest hair out of all races ?

    It's all about adaptation. All races are human, but climate and weather changed their features to adapt. The Africans hair was thick, dark and curly to withstand it to the high heat and dry conditions. And of course, once something is adapted to for so long, it sticks. That's why blacks today look the way they do.

    It is the hair follicle of African-Caribbean type races is oval, causing it to grow in a spiral type fashion. Not everyone has the same type of hair shape though, regardless of their race, and it is down to their genes.

    well because their ancestors a longggg time ago lived in Africa and usually African Americans have super curly, dark hair. So it's in their genes.
