Why does my hair smell so bad?

    my hair always smells like barf and i use conditioner and shapmoo every day but it makes my hair frizzy and stuff. how do i stop the smell?
    Good answer gracie but when i dont shower once a day it still gets frizzy and also ive tried many different shampoos

    Ok, first of all, STOP washing your hair everyday. It is not good for it, and thats why your getting all the frizz. Only wash your hair once every other day, but take body showers every day. What type of shampoo are you using? Could be the product. Try using Tresemme, its real cheap and gives a clean scent. Also, when shampoo-ing really scrub your head and even try shampoo-ing twice in the shower before conditioning. Good luck.

    if u play sports,your hair follicles get oily and smell

    You could have a scalp condition, like a fungus from swimming in a lake, or something similar. Go see a dermatologist. Meanwhile, try using a tea tree oil shampoo.
