  2. Ha Ha Ha, I Know how that feels, It sucks I know, I still have Long hair it goes past my boos, but a year and a half ago I had in all they way down to my hips,Almost near my but. Like to my bellybutton. I Loved it but I got a trim and she cut it 5 inches, I was so mad but didnt say anthing. It has grown alot but not long enough. But I can tell you cuz my hair was really long and pretty. Beore you start Growing your hair out Make Sure it is all Even so you dont get it trimmed first, Its so Not true if you get it trimmed more it grows faster, its a lie.It only cuts of dead ends so they dont split. So While your growing your hair only if its uneven or split ends get it trimmed, if Not leave it alone. I keep my hair in good condition dont use flat irons while growing ur hair, Use any shampoo and conditioner that Stregthens hair so it doesent break, Like pantene length and strtenght or Garnier fructris long and strong, But anthing is good as long as it says it makes your hair Stronger. So f you get it in good condition you wont have to get it trimed, Try going your Longest time without trimmimg/cutting your hair. Cuz I kept Mine in good condition I Only trimmed mine once a year. When it gets Long again, then trim it like once every 6 months or year. But I try once a year because I because Im growing my hair out too, My trick is I Never cut it for 2 years and only trimmed in once a year, I didnt need to trim it cuz it was healthy and I never cut it, thats how I had my long hair. And when you get your hair trimme tell the to trimm as Litle as possible, you dont want to cut any length off. E-mail me if you Have questions, Good luck. Oh yeah, you dont need to wash your hair every single day, every other day or 2-3 days is okay if you want.

    Since hair growth has more to do with what you eat and nutrition, you should focus on getting adequate nutrition.

    What are the top foods that promote hair growth?
    When choosing food for hair growth, remember that hair is made of protein; therefore protein-rich foods should make up a high percentage of your diet. The second most important hair nutrient is iron. Each key nutrient below lists the foods that promote hair growth:

    * Protein: liver, brewer's yeast, fish, eggs, beans, cottage cheese, yogurt, tofu.
    * Iron: liver, whole grain cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, dates, raisins.
    * B Vitamins: eggs, meat, poultry.
    * Essential Fatty Acids: walnuts, canola oil, fish, soy.
    * Vitamin E: avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil.
    * Sulfur: meats, fish, nuts, legumes, vegetables (especially onions).

    As you plan ways to incorporate food for hair growth, also be aware that there are some culprits in our diets that are actually detrimental to our hair!

    * Caffeine
    * Sugar
    * Fat
    * Carbonated drinks

    ive pretty much always had long hair, and most of the time pretty healthy, when i get split ends, i usually use pantein pro-v which right after my hair is naturally dried, looks and feels great and grows so fast, and dont put your hair in a pony tail- that just makes split ends and damages hair, dont put hair spray or anything unnatural in your hair and itll grow and be really pretty, pantein pro-v works the best, like it says it does, good luck
