Just to clear this up, I'm not pregnant or planning to have a baby soon but I'm just wondering the genetics:
If my mother has red hair, my grandfather has red hair and many other people on my mother's side has red hair, and if I the father of my child has red hair but I don't have red hair (I have black/brown hair) would the baby come out with red hair or black hair?
My boyfriends mother has red hair and his father has black hair. Both he and his brother came out with red hair. I have dark hair and so does his brothers wife but their daughter has super red hair and our daughter has dark hair. The only way to tell is when it actually happens. Gentics are tricky! I have brown eyes, and so does the rest of my family on both sides and my daughter has bright blue grey eyes. Ya just never know!
